Value Added Solutions
The NHS today faces a paradox of increased need for high quality service provision, delivered with constrained budgets. At Johnson & Johnson Medical Limited we have recognised the new needs of healthcare providers and have broadened our capabilities as a healthcare provider through the addition of a comprehensive portfolio of Value Added Solutions which improve patient outcomes, reduce variation and support greater hospital efficiency and productivity. The scope of our solutions span the areas of Orthopaedics, Women’s Health and General Surgery.

We offer three distinct programmes which can be deployed independently or in combination to support maximum efficiency and productivity gains within the hospital. The three programmes focus on the supported implementation of best practice principals, in the areas of departmental adoption of clinical best practice, embedding of enhanced recovery principals, and applying LEAN principals to deliver theatre efficiency. Each programme works to deliver improvements, achieved through supporting standardised processes, change management, metric monitoring and the transfer of knowledge, which in turn delivers sustained accountability and improvement within the hospital. Due to expansion we are now looking to recruit a number of high performing individuals into the Value Added Solutions team.

The Role
Within this role you will be responsible for partnering with NHS Trusts to deliver efficiency through the implementation of our programmes. Acting as the “orchestra conductor” within an NHS hospital to ensure optimisation of resources & contractual commitments whilst partnering closely with commercial colleagues to deliver the customer innovation strategy for GB/Ire.
